Takeaway Drip Pack 3x@10g
This is a class where you can learn how to make delicious drip coffee using the drip pack used in the cafe. In the class, you will learn how to brew coffee using the most seasonal “single origin coffee” of the time selected from all over the world.
We will give a careful lecture while answering various questions such as the grinding of the beans and the temperature of the hot water, as well as the brewing technique. After practising how to brew coffee, you can enjoy the pairing of coffee you brewed yourself with our pastry.
This class is recommended for those who like coffee but have never learned how to brew it, those who brew it in their own style but want to be taught by a barista, and those who want to enjoy sweets that go well with coffee.
